We run The Alley escape rooms in Malmö. The terms below apply when you book a time slot, buy a gift card or book a package through thealley.se.

What we sell

  • Time in one of our escape rooms, for the number of players you state
  • Gift cards for an amount of your choosing, to use as payment with us
  • Packages combining the game with food or an activity at a partner

Prices

The price shown when you book is the price that applies. Prices are per player and differ between adults, students and children.

For private customers all prices are shown including VAT.

Payment

If you book a time slot you normally pay on site when you arrive. We accept cards and Swish.

Gift cards are paid for on the website by card. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never receive your card details.

Businesses can be invoiced by arrangement.

Changes and cancellation

You can cancel right up until your booked time starts,

Get in touch at info@thealley.se or +46 40 15 40 15 and we will release the time. Do tell us as early as you can — then someone else can have it.

Moving your booking to another free time is fine subject to availability, and costs nothing.

Packages with a partner

For packages the partner's own cancellation terms may apply, since we have booked a table or a slot on your behalf. We tell you what applies when we confirm the booking.

Gift cards

Gift cards bought on the website are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Gift cards

  • A gift card is an amount to play for, not a certain number of people or a certain room.
  • The amount can be split across several visits. Whatever is left stays on the card until it runs out.
  • If the amount does not cover the whole cost you pay the difference on site.
  • The card is valid through the last day of the month, one year after purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card.
  • Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
  • If you lose the code we can retrieve it, provided you can evidence the purchase.

Packages with a partner

A package combines the game with food or an activity at a partner, for example a restaurant. We book the partner's part for you.

Because the partner's time has to be arranged by hand, the booking is provisional

Cancelling a package may be subject to the partner's terms. We tell you what applies when we confirm the booking.

During your visit

  • Please arrive ten minutes before your booked time. If you are late your playing time is shortened, since the next team is waiting.
  • Players under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • We may stop a game without refund in case of intoxication or if equipment is handled carelessly.
  • The rooms are filmed for players' safety and so the game master can help you. The recordings are not stored.

If something goes wrong

Write to info@thealley.se and we will sort it out. If we cannot agree you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN),
